Jamie White & Company T/A Leading Social is a private limited company registered in Ireland under the Companies Act 2014. The company is a data controller and data processor in respect of personal information that it processes in connection with its business of outsourced services that it provides to its clients.
This policy applies to all personal information processing activities carried out by Leading Social on its own behalf and on behalf of its client companies and explains the data protection practices of the company in connection with our website and our marketing activities. If you are a client of Leading Social, we rely both on your consent and on our legitimate interest in providing you those services and keeping you up to date on our existing and new services as legal bases for processing your personal information.
