01Using our website
These terms apply when you use www.leadingsocial.com (the "website"), which is operated by Leading Social, 105 Baggot Street Lower, Dublin 2, D02 DX60, Ireland ("Leading Social", "we", "us"). By using the website, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
You may use the website to learn about us and our services and to get in touch. You agree not to:
- use it in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
- copy, scrape or harvest its content or data by automated means;
- try to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with how it works, or introduce malicious code;
- submit information that is false, or that you are not entitled to share.
02Free audits, reports, resources and calls
We offer free growth audits, personalised growth reports, downloadable resources such as the Ecommerce Reality Check, quizzes and strategy sessions. These are provided free of charge and at our discretion, to help you understand where your business stands and how we might help.
- They are general guidance based on the information you give us and on publicly available or platform data. They are not financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, and you should take your own professional advice before acting on them.
- We aim to deliver reports within the time we state, but timings are estimates. We may decline or withdraw a free offer at any time, for example if the business is outside our focus.
- You are responsible for the decisions you make using them.
03Results and case studies
Figures and case studies on the website describe results achieved for specific clients, in specific markets and periods. They are not a promise or guarantee of the results you will achieve. Performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your product, pricing, margins, market conditions and advertising platforms.
04Our paid services
Nothing on the website is an offer capable of acceptance. When you engage us for paid services, the scope, fees, deliverables and terms are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.
05Information you send us
When you complete a form, book a call or send us information, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are entitled to share it, including on behalf of the business you represent. You give us permission to use it to respond to you and to prepare what you asked for.
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
06Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, graphics, videos, frameworks, reports and downloadable resources, and the Leading Social name and logo, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.
You may view and download content for your own internal business use. You may not reproduce, sell, republish or distribute it, or use our name or logo, without our written permission. Client names, logos and trademarks shown on the website belong to their owners and are shown with permission to illustrate our work.
07Third-party tools and links
The website uses and links to services run by others, such as Typeform, Calendly, YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or how they work.
08Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error free or free of viruses, or that all content is complete and up to date. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it without notice.
09Our liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or of our free resources, audits, reports or calls, including loss of profit, revenue, business, data or opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under Irish law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version on the website when you use it is the one that applies.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
